Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
